The Examining Board of Plumbers is comprised of Plumbing Inspectors, Code Officials, and Licensed Master Plumbers that oversee and administer the examinations of all applicants who are seeking qualification and licensing in the three townships and over sixty villages of Nassau County, NY.  

Our primary goal is to protect the health and well-being of Nassau County's residents and business owners by upholding industry standards and ensuring that the plumbing code is followed during installations.   

We are a not-for-profit corporation.

The Plumbing Board of Examiners of Nassau County was founded early in the 1930s to help shape and control the plumbing codes and standards of Nassau County, as it experienced a population and subsequent housing explosion.
